My husband and I recently purchased a small home (in July) in Sioux Falls for our son and his family. Joan Norquist was our agent. It was a stressful situation, as I believe most home purchases are. Dear Cindy, We would like to send a special and heart felt thank you in the successful marketing of our home. As you know, Nicole and I were very frustrated and upset with our previous realtor, and the six months of failing to sell our home. After our first meeting, for the first time we felt excited and confident (which was difficult due to our past experience) that under you and your support staff our home would finally be sold. We appreciated the time you spent with us analyzing what we could do to present the house better. Although it was only two years old, and needed very little to be presentable, your attention to detail (adding "home" touches to an otherwise vacant house, replacing a burned out light bulb, dusting the furnace top, etc.) was exceptionable.
