After 20 years of experience in accounting and management - with many years in the construction and development industry - I made the exciting transition into real estate sales in 2003. I challenge myself daily to meet the needs of my clients while enjoying the excitement of no two days being the same! You will never ask a stupid question - part of my job is to educate my clients about the process of buying or selling a home. Since I also believe that connecting with my clients on a personal level enhances their real estate experience, let me tell you a little bit about myself. After growing up on a farm near Howard in southeastern South Dakota, I attended USD in Vermillion where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My business-related activities have included 2005 graduate of Leadership Sioux Falls, Chamber Member, Home Builders Association member, former Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Realtor® Association of the Sioux Empire (RASE), former Chair of the Finance Committee for RASE, former Disabilities Community Impact Team member for the Sioux Empire United Way, former Treasurer for Rotary North, and many other activities. I have recently received an SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designation and am working on additional education/designations. On a personal level, I have a license to provide foster care for the State of SD (inactive status for now) and was a long-time volunteer for Children's Inn. My pets are part of my family, so I understand if your pets are part of yours!
